We’re looking for a Content Product Operations Lead to join our Glints feed team. The qualified candidate will lead the content operations team to curate and manage career-related User Generated Content (UGC). The role is also required to understand the needs of operations, plan and execute content topics to drive user engagement and monthly active users (MAU).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define, plan and execute Glints feeds content operations and are responsible for their metrics.
  • Collect data, analyze data daily to generate insights, and plan for Glints’ content product operation.
  • Responsible for content generation and curation direction on Glints feed product.
  • Hire and manage a content operational team.
  • Develop and collaborate with third-party content agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and other vertical product managers to curate content topics on our platform.
  • Manage good quantity and quality content topics that young professionals are interested in and help them progress their careers.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5 years and above of experience as a product operator from the content industry
  • Proven experience in hiring, managing and leading a team
  • Able to analyze information and data to come up with a sound judgment
  • Familiar with user data analysis tools and translating data insights into actionable plans
  • Able to set priorities and translate them into precise project/task planning and management
  • Able to identify the problem from users and business perspectives and take on ownership to resolve those issue

  • Interest in the career development and education domain
  • Experience in a startup or has entrepreneurial experience
1 ~ 165K TWD/month
Managing 10-15 staff
