Job Description

Investigate and determine projects in line with the correct internal resource
Provide photoshoot preparation (property list and budgeting)
Motivating and managing team under tight deadlines
Working with the creative team to agree on and create timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects
Work closely with Merchandise, Marketing, Content, and another team to execute projects
Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports, and project budgets for creative team
Regularly tracking and updating project status and progress
Taking overall ownership of creative projects from brief to fulfillment
Quickly learn all knowledge Howel and Co. Products

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of creative's work flow
Minimum of 1 year working experiance as a traffic or project manager
Good time-management skills
Detail oriented and ownership of the ability of multi-tasking
Experiance managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency is a plus
Previous experiance of Resource and Production service sourcing
Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
