- Investigate and determine projects in line with the correct internal resource
- Provide photoshoot preparation (property list and budgeting)
- Motivating and managing team under tight deadlines
- Working with the creative team to agree on and create timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects
- Work closely with Merchandise, Marketing, Content, and another team to execute projects
- Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports, and project budgets for creative team
- Regularly tracking and updating project status and progress
- Taking overall ownership of creative projects from brief to fulfillment
- Quickly learn all knowledge Howel and Co. Products
職務需求
- In-depth knowledge of creative's work flow
- Minimum of 1 year working experiance as a traffic or project manager
- Good time-management skills
- Detail oriented and ownership of the ability of multi-tasking
- Experiance managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency is a plus
- Previous experiance of Resource and Production service sourcing
- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
