Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and communication of the strategic direction for the company's total rewards programs, aligning them with organizational objectives and industry best practices

• Collaborate with the global HR team to design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and retirement programs to attract and retain top talent

• Support the management and administration of programs such as annual salary reviews, variable pay, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), and global mobility initiatives

• Participate in the regular review and enhancement of grading structures, job families, and benchmarking to ensure alignment with market trends and maintain competitiveness

• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs across different regions

• Provide analytical support and guidance to management in making informed decisions on total rewards matters

• Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and contribute to fostering a pay-for-performance culture in collaboration with HR Business Partners

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging total rewards strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and projects

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience in HR roles, with a focus on total rewards, compensation, and benefits or payroll functions

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Management or related fields

• Proficiency in using Excel to conduct basic data analysis, including but not limited to vlookup, pivot tables, and regression analysis

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience working in a tech, startup, or fast-changing environment
