inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. We are currently seeking an aggressive, high-energy, and highly efficient Customer Success Assistant who thrives on challenges and growth in a fast-moving environment. As a Customer Success Assistant at Inline, you will work closely with our customer success manager, restaurant partners, customer support team, revenue operations, and operations teams to optimize the workflow of the customer success manager and provide top-notch service to our clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling the operational processes related to customer contract renewals, including preparing contract documents, providing suitable plans for customer reference, and organizing and updating internal forms and relevant administrative tasks.
  • Assist in addressing customers' daily needs, including information changes, product configurations, and modifications, report compilation, and related administrative tasks.
  • Regularly review the payment status of each customer, track through reports to follow up with customers, and provide reminders.
  • Assist in introducing and teaching customers about the product, which can be done through phone, online, or face-to-face interactions.
  • You will be required to establish new operational processes while optimizing existing ones and collaborate with internal teams to achieve consensus and improve work efficiency.
  • A passion for the inline mission, brand, and product and the ability to act as an ambassador for the company in all interactions.

Preferred Experience & Personal Traits:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, account management, strategy, operations, and startup or related fields.
  • Willingness to be hands-on, proactive, and able to think quickly on your feet to handle urgent situations.
  • Problem-solving skills: when you encounter a problem, you work hard and think creatively until you resolve it.
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness in every aspect of the job.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, break down a large workload into manageable parts, and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, actively partnering with teams and taking ownership of your work outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets operations and basic formulas.
