Job Description:

  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and target prospective clients within the aquaculture and seafood industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to get the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze customer needs and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the products, including production processes & quality standards
  • Provide technical information and support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring in any major
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably similar industries.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management
  • Strong leadership capabilities & people performance management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable to changing business requirements, team structures and job activities
  • Good analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of aquaculture practices, shrimp farming, and seafood supply chain is a plus
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Experienced in FMCG/FnB industry will be added point
