Responsible to develop training programs and manage talent pipeline including develop and implement talent management plans to help motivate and engage employees to ensure long term succession planning achieved. Provide strategy insights as well as integrated HR solutions to business leaders to support business growth and culture transformation.
Training & Development
• Design, plan and implement training programs to meet organizational needs.
• Review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization.
• Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization.
• Conduct or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
• Prepare and implement training budget. Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
• Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training to achieve business plan objectives.
Talent Management & Development
• Serve as a business partner to shape the talent management strategy aligned with group vison and meet business needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (FH and managers) to develop and embed talent management plans and programs that address both current and future business needs including implementing succession management and ensure succession plans in place for key roles.
• Ensure successful execution of talent identification and development planning processes.
• Continuously identify current and future skill gaps across the organization and partner with HR teams to address solutions.
• Partners with HR function teams to drive talent management excellence through effective communications and change management.
Team Management
• Manage the team, particularly with regard to performance management and team members development.
• Promote a customer focused and team spirit culture.
• Ensure team operate professionally.
Project Management
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR Director to meet business dynamic needs and new business requirements.
1. Minimum education requirement
• Bachelor degree or above
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
• At least 10 years HR working experiences in large scale companies
• Sound HR knowledge in training and talent management filed.
• Be able to work under pressure with sense of urgency.
• Passionate, being a quick learner & aggressive to delivery results
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with MS-Office
• Good command of English
