1. Possess BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
2. Over 3-year Ruby on Rails development experience.
3. Familiar with at least one MVC framework.
4. Capable of writing automated test suites.
5. You constantly learn about new technologies and always question the status quo.
