工作內容:
1. 招募任用作業:招募網站刊登維護/人力需求洽談/人選篩選與面試作業/任用建議/HC control/新人報到。
2. 人事行政作業:人事異動/月出勤核對/系統資訊更新/勞資會議/人事表單。
3. 培訓:新人訓規劃/公司培訓協助執行。
4. 人資專案協助( 集團總部專案 ):職等薪酬評價/晉升調薪制度。
1. Recruitment:
- Discover recruiting channel, manage, and job advertisement post.
- Discuss & confirm with hiring leaders for each JD requirement.
- Search for qualified candidates according to the job requirements.
- CV screening, phone interviewing to evaluate candidates' qualification.
- Conduct 1st interview provides comments and evaluate should have 2nd interview or not.
- Conduct reference check for the ideal candidate.
- Internal interviews (probation and off-boarding).
2. HR administration:
- Carry out, arrange, and follow up on the induction programs for new starters.
- KPI program executive.
- Responsible for the daily HR & Admin operations affairs.
- Process and documentation of employee movements such as onboarding, off-boarding, and exit.
- HR system information maintenance.
- Regularly labor meeting.
3. Training:
- Induction training.
- Company training programs assist.
4. Supporting:
- HQ GHR projects (KPI, job evaluate, salary analyst…).
- ER management.
