協助整理發票並報帳
協助部門內部各項行政作業支援 ex. 收發信件、訪客到訪前準備、印製名片、周邊品Survey 等
辦公室維護、採購備品及行政窗口聯繫
其他主管臨時機動事項

此職務若表現良好，將有機會轉正職，並依照你/妳職涯的期待跟規劃學習更多人事及會計上的事務。

Profil demandé

每周至少能上班2天
具備基礎英文書寫及口說能力
具親和力、主動性並積極主動

加分條件 :

對於新創、區塊鏈產業有相當興趣及熱忱
熟悉 Google Spreadsheet
喜歡關注各種美食或餐廳
