Technical Customer Support

Lootex, a decentralized NFT marketplace with GameFi focus, is looking for a tinker that can diagnose users' issues and provide remedy.

• Be the guru in Lootex’s product and technology.
• Patrol Lootex’ social platforms (Discord, TG, Twitter, FB) and answer questions.
• Maintain Lootex’s FAQ articles on Gitbook.
• Help CMTY, MKT, and BD team members with technical inquiries.
• Sample and recommend out-of-the-box CS tool solutions i.e. Zendesk, etc.
• Compile CS reports and follow up issue fixing progress with the product manager.

• Previous Customer Support experience.
• Very familiar with or willing to learn Blockchain technology and Web3.0 user experience.
• Good communication, organization skills, and always keeping a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English, a second language is a plus.
• Able to work from 16:00 ~ 24:00 UTC is preferable.
