• 帶領類比IP技術開發團隊

• Lead and manage a team of analog designers and validation engineers.
• Own and deliver high performance on-chip sensor IP for SOCs. Work closely with SOC and System teams in the definition, architecture, delivery and validation of analog.
• Lead the team in silicon bring-up, debug, and mass production ramp activities.
• Define process technology improvements/requirements with our Process Technology team to meet IP and product requirements.
• Drive innovations in IP development efficiency with our CAD team.
• Drive innovations in our IP and product roadmap, and mentor junior engineers/leaders in career development.

• 熟悉類比IP架構制定, 開發, 驗證量產流程
• 有指導或管理designer經驗
• 熟悉類比電路設計及相關工具
• 善於溝通協調

• 10+ years in analog IP design.
• Experience in on-chip sensing analog IPs (Voltage sensor, Temperature sensor, CFI fault injection detection, security IP, etc…)
• Experience in ultra low power data-converter and clocking
• Solid understanding with both analog development flows.
• Experience in leading mixed-signal development designers from initial architectural definition, specification, circuit development, layout, tapeout, silicon bringup and production ramp
• Excellent communicator and teammate with the ability to work effectively with teams
