5G RF Software Development Tech Manager

• 5G RF software architecture design and development.
• Responsible for developing RF software that interacts with RFICs, low level hardware and different software layers.
• Job responsibilities include system level feature design, coding, developing/executing unit test strategies and test plans, field log analysis, troubleshooting/analyzing problems, optimizing system performance and improving the stability of the product.
• Candidate will be working with a multi-discipline team (Software Development, Hardware Development, System Design, Customer Support, Test team etc.) to integrate and test.

• 5-10 years of Software Development experience in Telecom Domain; Experience with wireless standards (i.e. LTE/5G).
• Strong software design and development experience in embedded Systems
• Strong programming skills with C/C++
• Strong RF Fundamentals
• End to end understanding of software development methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills to work with cross functional and cross geo teams.
