Senior Technology Manager

MediaTek Research (MRTW) is seeking experienced and technology-oriented candidates to join our team of PhD level AI/DL research staff and interns. The ideal candidate is open-minded, keen on the opportunity to challenging convention, and passionate on nurturing and building a collaborative mindset among collaborating members.

In a flexible and supportive environment, you will be working with internal MediaTek/MediaTek Research scientists, researchers, and engineers, as well as external startups and universities. In addition to being an active researcher yourself, you shall also coordinate and focus the efforts of team members to deliver tangible values to MediaTek.

Though the position involves mostly interacting with AI/DL researchers, we regard highly the mentality and capability to rapidly master a new domain when the mission requires it. While you might not have an external proof, we do require that you are indeed above average in theoretical AI.

Qualification

• Good English written and oral communications skills
• A self starting, mission driven mentality
• Familiar with mainstream software development process (e.g. git, debugger, profiler, static analyzer, visual studio code IDE)
• (Preferred) Good project management skills
