#工作內容
1. 負責產品的需求評審工作，能對需求的合理性、完整性提出意見和建議，推動問題的解決。
2. 全流程負責測試的相關工作，包括測試計劃制定、測試用例編寫和評審、測試環境的維護、測試用例執行、測試報告編寫等工作。
3. 負責項目記錄表格、文檔編寫、記錄整理，提交歸檔等工作，協助項目組完成項目測試。
4. 研究探索新技術方向，開發或者引進白盒、自動化、性能、安全測試工具/框架。
5. 組織測試工作有效開展，按時按質完成測試工作，並能及時對項目進行總結和持續改進。
6. 負責項目的溝通協調工作，保證項目順利實施。
#職務要求
1. 專科及以上學歷，計算機、軟件技術、電子信息化相關專業。
2. 具有金融行業產品測試經驗，了解業務細節。
3. 熟練掌握性能測試工具Loadrunner、Jmeter的工具使用方法，熟悉常用軟件測試工具，例如禪道等；具備獨立承擔性能測試項目的能力。
4. 熟悉軟件測試的理論基礎、軟件測試流程和規範，具備需求分析、設計測試用例、執行測試、分析結果、報告總結能力；具備腳本開發能力，具有場景設計、結果分析能力，具有較強的性能調優能力。
5. 具有良好的學習能力，不斷提升測試水平，以適應測試工作需要。
6. 有良好的溝通能力與團隊協作能力，執行力強，協助項目經理工作；有嚴謹的邏輯思維能力。
7. 有性能測試工作經驗、安全測試工作經驗、軟件開發工作經驗者及能出差的優先。
