Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling outsource vendor
  • Administer and maintain outsourcing employee, database, files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Responsible for handling outsourcing employee's attendance, payroll, paid and sick leave, exit clearance
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource regulation
  • Assist in other HR related needs

Persyaratan

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Psychology/Human Resource Management/Industrial Management
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Personalia, HR Generalist, People Service
  • Must have experience as a 3rd party working with Outsourcing vendor
  • Advanced skill in Ms. Office (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
  • Ability to maintain high fluctuative data
  • Confident with strong communication & interpersonal skill
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • People oriented
