Job Description:
- Responsible for handling outsource vendor
- Administer and maintain outsourcing employee, database, files and records in electronic and paper form
- Responsible for handling outsourcing employee's attendance, payroll, paid and sick leave, exit clearance
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource regulation
- Assist in other HR related needs
職務需求
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology/Human Resource Management/Industrial Management
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Personalia, HR Generalist, People Service
- Must have experience as a 3rd party working with Outsourcing vendor
- Advanced skill in Ms. Office (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
- Ability to maintain high fluctuative data
- Confident with strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- People oriented
