Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join us! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners, and work closely with them to ensure their satisfaction and success. As an essential team member, you will develop scalable approaches that contribute to the Web3 growth together!

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with partners to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their business needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to identify and close new opportunities with partners.
  • Work with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to channel the voice of partners internally and ensure partner needs are met.
  • Prepare and present insights on partnership performance and trends through data analysis, report preparation, and CRM maintenance.
  • Develop and execute partner-facing initiatives aligned with the company’s strategies.

Basic Requirements

  • Native or fluent level in spoken and written English is a MUST.
  • At least 2 years working experience in account management, business development or sales in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or similar fields.
  • Keen sense/previous experiences in the blockchain/crypto industry.
  • Understanding basic Blockchain technology and its applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
