Responsibilities:

• In charge of quality control of fresh products in all processes (Inbound, inventory, outbound) and determine the quality of fresh products (Fruits and vegetables)
• Establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety
• Communicate potential issues or improvement opportunities to Operations/Operations Excellence/Maintenance/Project team
• Create strategic plans for tracing and improving quality of service based on demands

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Agribusiness or related discipline
• Experience of Quality / QA / QC of fresh products (Fruits or vegetables)
• Minimum of 2 years as Quality Control Supervisor (Fruits or vegetables)
• Able to operate basic functions of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and VLookUp)
• Familiar with GMP, 5R, HACCP, Food Safety, dan ISO 9001 ISO 22000
• Familiar in creating Product's SOP and form based on ISO 9001
• Organised and motivated, with a passion for achieving high quality standards
• Exposure to Fresh Produce / Fresh Food / Short shelf life products
• Have good leadership skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Have a background from Start-up industry is preferred
• Willing to be placed in Eden Farm Warehouse: Batuceper, Tangerang
