Job Description
Responsibility :
- Day-to-day HR activities
- Checking All attendance component (overtime, off time)
- Ensure smooth and effective day to day HR Performance Management process, activity & initiatives such as contract extension, etc.
- Manage the organizations employee database and prepare report
Requirements
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Having at least 2 year(s) experience in the HR field as a HR Generalist
- Computer literacy (strong excel ability)
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill and well-organized multitasking.
- Willing to be place in Morowali
(Rooster 3 Month on site and 12 days off)
