Responsibilities :

• Industrial relation (Diciplinary enforcement, employee termination, Bipartit, Manpower Department, etc)
• Manage day to day activities regarding Attendance (Absence, Leave, Overtime, etc) on database
• Create and Manage employee work agreement
• Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Law
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same position and level
• Having deep knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law including the UU Cipta Kerja
• Computer literacy (strong excel ability)
• Well-organized, decisive, has strong problem solving skills, assertive, honest,

has high level of integrity, attention to detail

• Willing to be place in Morowali (Rooster 3 Month on site and 12 days off)
