Automotive Software Quality Section Manager / Senior Engineer

1. Define audit plan based on the software development schedule.
2. Define quality assurance plans and quality targets with the cross-functional team.
3. Responsible for SW QA procedure.
4. Accountable for automotive customer SW/ASPICE audit and follow-up.
5. Conduct internal audit, generate audit report and follow-up.
6. Support EPG process and drive improvement activities.
7. Support internal various actions such as IATF16949 internal audit, quality projects ...etc.

1. Bachelor or above of Science Degree in technical field, Electric/Electronic Engineering preferred.
2. Specialization or related experience in the area of software development with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
3. Familiar with software development flow and process management.
4. Direct experience with ASPICE development is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
