Implements Brand/product digital communication programs based on the CE calendar and business needs of the affiliate. Engages consumers from paid/owned/earned digital touchpoints. Enhance brand/product preference within the consumer journey.
Manages Digital Operational Effectiveness
Work with the marketing team for successful product launches and digital go-to-market strategies.
Handle own social platform and paid digital content strategy to drive consumer engagement
Manage digital A&P budget and monthly expense to achieve budget control objectives and KPI for checking
Manage overall relationships with 3rd party agencies, and engages agency experts to support brand initiatives
Co-work with key influencers to create relvant contents to better egnage and influence consumer brand/product preference
Build an on-going relationship with the press, opinion leaders including bloggers/vloggers, model/entertainment agencies. Build brand/product relevancy and inform brand or product newness or trend.
Support trade/ outreach events with celebrity/model related needs to recruit new consumers.
Empower brand engagement through earned media
Maintain a positive and close relationship with the publishers and influencers
Based on an understanding of the changing digital influencer landscape, creates new and exciting PR/Media opportunities to enhance brand Image
Digital KOLs (bloggers/celebrities/YouTubers) relationship building/sponsorship approaching
Leads and Develops People
Lead and influence cross-functions with a digital-first mindset
Work with the Education team to empower makeup artists to enhance their digital influence
Education: University graduate or above.
Work Experience: 5 years of related experience in digital, communications, social media or PR communications, ideally gained at top tier Beauty company and/or FMCG company in a functionally relevant position
Professional Skills: Have operational social media and digital marketing experience gained either in an agency or in a brand team
Highly sensitive to cosmetic/fragrance market trend Have polished execution experiences in content production
Excellent influencing and presentation skills
Language: English: Written and spoken fluently
