職缺描述
1. 熟悉Google Ads/Facebook廣告操作
2. 檢視數據與目標，提出且執行優化策略
3. 檢視廣告成效，提出素材、文案的優化策略
4. 規劃投放預算，產出報表和數據分析
5. 研究、評估、導入新的數位工具或媒體平台
6. 其他主管交辦事項
職務需求
1. 2年以上 Google Ads /Facebook廣告操作經驗，有單月百萬操作預算經驗者佳
2. 熟悉 Google Ads、Google Analytics、Google Merchant Center 等工具操作
3. 數據分析、廣告投放成效認知、廣告創意發想
4. 責任感強，具媒體企劃能力，執行靈活度高
5. 熟悉Facebook、Google、LINE、Criteo 及國外社群媒體平台數位廣告操作
6. 熟悉追蹤碼設定與GTM應用
7. 具廣告投放策略擬定、數據追蹤、監控優化之能力
8. 具良好的數字分析能力與邏輯思考能力
9. 能獨立產出成效報表，並提出優化建議
10. 具廣告自動化及規模化經驗者佳
11. 精通英文尤佳
