Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on proposed skincare product development idea
• Create a new product launching concept through in-depth research based on the market trends
• Coordinate with the team regarding laboratory, pilot process, and production scale trials
• Coordinate to complete development of the product formulation in accordance with applicable regulations and BPOM registration
• Responsible for a product development project and the whole product innovation process
• Working closely with the doctor team for product formulation
• Exploring packaging development and improving new technology advance

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical, Engineering, and related field
• Having work experience in beauty brand, skincare, and manufacturing would be an advantage
• Knowledge about skincare products and active ingredients
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to details
• Deep understanding of product planning, implementation, research, and development
• Having the ability to innovate and think creatively in product development
