Quality Technician - Taiwan 品質管理技術師

POSITION SUMMARY

Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting the new bikes to meet quality standards such as functional, clearance, cosmetic requirement through Components Risk Assessment (CRA), Components Compatibility Test (CCT) & First Article Inspection (FAI) processes. Providing quality assurance support to ensure that products meet quality requirements which involve frame/components and bike assembly development quality planning, improvement, and control.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures that assigned products meet quality requirements for the customer and the company.
Reviews quality trends based on collected quantitative data and interactions with quality inspectors and operations personnel.
Works with senior engineers or project team to perform inspection analyses and failure analyses and tests.
Reviews corrective/ preventive actions that have been implemented in the production process.
Acquires skills and experience necessary to perform quality engineer tasks without supervision.
React quickly and work closely with suppliers and internally teams for problem solving from the market complaints through our Quality Problem Report system (QPR).
Production line audit according to standards and quality control plan in vary manufacture process. (Welding, Painting & Assembly process)
Performs other duties as assigned such as Components Risk Assessment (CRA), Components Compatibility Test (CCT) & First Article Inspection (FAI) processes..etc

WHAT YOU' LL NEED TO WIN

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
Any related experience in a manufacturing/factory environment, preferably in quality
In-depth understanding of technical documentation
Good communication and team spirit. writing and reading in English and Chinese.
Ability to learn production sequences and the company's quality standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Intense interest in riding and passion for cycling preferred.
Always like to learn and look for better solutions.
