我們正在尋找一位熱情、有經驗且具備電子商務領域知識的電商平台商戶支援經理。您將負責監督客戶支援服務團隊的服務品質，解決客戶問題並確保客戶滿意度。您應該熟悉CRM或服務台軟體的使用，並具有在電子商務環境中導入這些工具的經驗。此外，您還應該具備知識庫的製作與維護經驗，以提供給客戶易於理解且實用的資訊。如果您對AI有學習熱誠或使用經驗，熱衷於改善流程與提高服務團隊績效，與將會是加分項目。

Requirements
主要職責：
- 透過多種溝通管道（包括電話、電子郵件和即時訊息）提供卓越的客戶支援服務。
- 解決客戶的問題、回答查詢並提供技術支援。
- 確保客戶的需求得到及時處理，並在合理的時間內提供解決方案。
- 協調和合作內部團隊以解決複雜的客戶問題。
- 根據客戶回饋和需求，提供產品和服務的改進建議。
- 協助建立和維護知識庫，以提供客戶易於理解的自助式資訊和解決方案。
- 使用CRM或服務台軟體來跟進客戶的問題和處理過程。
- 監督並提升客戶滿意度。
資格要求：
- 具備電子商務領域的經驗，熟悉電子商務流程和常見問題。
- 具備CRM或服務台軟體的使用經驗，例如Zendesk、Intercom、Salesforce、HubSpot等。
- 具備製作和維護知識庫的經驗，能夠提供易於理解且有價值的內容。
- 優秀的溝通和解決問題的能力，能夠與客戶建立良好的關係。
- 出色的時間管理和組織能力，能夠處理多個任務和優先順序。
- 具有團隊合作精神，能夠與內部團隊密切協作解決客戶問題。
- 擁有良好的學習能力和自主學習的精神，能夠跟上不斷發展的產品和技術。
加分項目：
- 對於AI有學習熱誠或使用經驗，能夠利用AI技術提供更好的客戶支援體驗。
