Requirements
主要職責：
- 促進和支持Scrum框架的實施和維護，包括Sprint規劃、每日站會、Sprint回顧和回顧會議。
- 指導和輔導團隊成員，包括產品經理和開發團隊，以確保敏捷和Scrum原則和實踐的正確理解和執行。
- 為團隊移除障礙，確保開發活動的順利進行，並與其他Scrum團隊協調以達成組織目標。
- 與產品經理緊密合作，以確保產品的目標、範疇和產品背景清晰明了。
- 通過進行回顧和持續改進，幫助提高團隊的效率和效果。
- 使用Jira, Confluence和其他敏捷工具來維護敏捷工件和促進透明化。
資格要求：
- 具有Scrum Master認證（例如CSM、PSM）及至少2年相關工作經驗。
- 熟悉敏捷開發方法和Scrum、Kanban等框架。
- 具有卓越的溝通和人際交往能力，能夠與不同背景的團隊成員和利益相關者建立良好關係。
- 具有解決問題和應對變化的能力，能夠在快節奏和多變的環境中保持冷靜。
- 熟悉Jira, Confluence和其他敏捷相關工具，以支持敏捷開發活動。
