Associate, Project Management

Taiwan Startup Stadium (TSS) 台灣新創競技場 is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Associate to help build and strengthen the bridge between startups and universities across Taiwan. Through its Youth Rocks! initiatives, TSS aims to empower and inspire young entrepreneurs to become the next generation of leaders and innovators.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to meet university students, as well as startup founders across various verticals and industries. You will work directly with the TSS Academy Team. As one of the newest initiatives within the company, you will also have many opportunities to learn, grow and create new projects.

Responsibilities | What awaits you 💼

• Plan and execute signature events and programs, such as Youth Rocks! Bootcamp and Internship Fair
• Prepare post-event write-ups and reports to the National Development Council (NDC)
• Support strategic annual planning with data-driven research
• Support new project initiatives

• Strong project management experience and organization skills
• Able to track and execute projects according to schedule and budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (中文)
• Prior experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and knowledge of best practices and methodologies (e.g. strategies to drive engagement) is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, etc.)
• Available during business hours and after-hours for events
