Community Manager, Startup Relations

Are you passionate about startups? We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to help build, maintain, and manage startup, and ecosystem partners relations whilst providing an ongoing positive experience for our current and potential startup members. You will meet many startup founders across various verticals and industries, from AI to blockchain and more, all the while gaining a deeper understanding of the startup ecosystem in Taiwan.

As startups are at the heart of what we do, you will play a pivotal role in creating value. Your focus is to coordinate all aspects and activities throughout the "customer lifecycle" of our membership program.

Responsibilities | What awaits you 💼

• Own and track the customer lifecycle from end-to-end, including application, onboarding and engagement, using our CRM software and other tools
• Track startup business needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes for our network
• Oversee the day-to-day startup database management and provide up-to-date key analytics
• Build engagement with members on both an individual basis and on a community level
• Drive continuous improvement of the “customer experience” (CX) 
• Measure progress of startup members on a semi-annual basis
• Support the planning and execution of ecosystem events
• Represent the company in attending community events
• Curate newsletters to our startup members and broader community
• Ensure all inbound inquiries are responded to in a timely manner

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Has compassion and empathy for others
Prior experience in sales / marketing is a plus
Takes initiative and anticipates needs before they are brought up
Prior use of CRM tools is a plus
