We're looking for a Sales & Recruitment Consultant (Taipei & Hsinchu). You will work with the Human Resources Team of our clients to identify the requirements of the company's open positions and actively source qualified candidates through database, networking systems and social media marketing.

To be a successful Career Consultant, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a natural talent for negotiating, and quick decision-making skills.

- Developing new accounts through networking, sales presentations, and cold-calling.
- Meeting with the hiring managers to determine the requirements of the open positions.
- Using Boolean logic and other search options to search qualified candidates.
- Approaching potential candidates and screening profiles (CV/Resume).
- Conducting face-to-face or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting job advertisements on job sites and on social media.
- Attending career fairs to source new candidates and build a stronger candidate database.
- Contact industry professionals for referrals.
- Negotiate terms of employment with chosen candidates.
- Preparing and presenting reports for managerial staff.

需求條件 Requirements / Qualifications

1. Previous experience as a headhunter and sales is a plus.
2. Experience with social media and online advertising.
3. Advanced negotiation skills.
4. Charismatic and professional demeanor.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to make quick decisions.
7. Experience with report writing and data analytics.
