Position Overview:

This role will play a vital part in managing relationships with external partners, investors, and community organizations. The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing/communitiy team to support various initiatives aimed at enhancing our company's reputation and achieving strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or coursework related to external relations, partnership development, or community engagement is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, investors, and community organizations.
• Coordinate communication and engagement activities with partners, including meetings, events, and outreach campaigns.
• Support the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives to drive business objectives and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Assist in preparing materials for external communications, such as newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Provide administrative support for external relations activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.
