At TechDesign, we aim to bring the electronic supply chain online and make hardware innovation accessible to everyone. You will gain insights into our target customer segments – including hardware innovators, start-ups, and SMEs, market the TechDesign platform, and develop hardware project pipeline. You will build relationships and manage the commercial arrangements with key ecosystem partners, including System Integrators (SIs), VCs/incubators/accelerators, hardware communities, cloud service providers, and industrial committees/associations. You will be growing a community, and facilitating the interactions between buyers and suppliers in our platform ecosystem.

Minimum qualifications: • 3+ years sales/business development experiences • Experience in the electronic product development/hardware supply chain management, or equivalent experience in business development, banking/finance, or management consulting roles, with exposure to the tech sector (hardware or software) • Experience/interest in internet/e-Commerce platforms, open-sourced and shared economy • Bachelor degree or above is required; preferably in Computer Science/EE or equivalent • Language: Business level English fluency in email/report writing and speaking • Strong communications and team work capabilities; occasional travels required Preferred qualifications: • Experience leading entrepreneurial efforts, and/or project management experience • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented in workflow processes and resolution • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
