• Handle customer inquiries and feedback on phone or through email.
• Deliver caring and courteous service to key customers to understand their needs and ensure their needs are listened and followed up.
• Collect inquiry and feedback to improve user satisfaction.
• Processing orders & quotations and following up order status between customers and suppliers.
• Work with cross-function team to ensure quick responses to customers.

Requisitos

1. 具備英文聽說讀寫能力
2. TOEIC 730以上或其他考試相似標準/能力
3. 外文相關系所畢業尤佳
4. 具1年以上電商客服經驗者尤佳
