Job Description

  1. 職缺履歷篩選
    • 負責初步篩選履歷,確保符合職缺需求及公司標準。
  2. 電話邀約聯繫
    • 進行專業的電話溝通,邀約應徵者進行面試。
    • 說明分享職缺資訊,確保順利的面試流程。
  3. 招募數據統計
    • 收集、分析並呈現招募相關數據,包括人選來源、招募渠道等,提供給人資團隊參考。
    • 持續優化招募流程,提升效率和招募質量。
  4. 各招募平台管理、刊登及維護
    • 管理公司在各招募平台的帳號,確保職缺資訊的即時更新。
    • 負責撰寫具吸引力的招募廣告,提升招募效果。
    • 定期檢視招募平台效能,提出改進建議。
  5. 完成主管交辦事項與協助其他相關人資專案

TTFB Group has been established for more than 30 years.
