Help to execute and support the verification, projection/tracking and analysis related the distributor award/reward qualification and business development.

⚫ Handle the monthly and annual distributor award/FAA related verification、projection/tracking, data support of HATV(High Award Tracking /verification) and award verification related system development.
⚫ Cooperate with local and headquarter IT to develop the system programs to fulfill the needs of various sales plan programs or distributor management related; help to ensure the accuracy for all
distributor’s data related in the core and local systems.
⚫ Execute a range of business analysis, including LGS (Leader GrowthSolution), Sales key indicators and LOS/LOA, distributor business to support the needs from sales division and management team.
⚫ Help to develop and better utilize Business Intelligence system, and internal systems to optimize the synergistic effect on providing the analysis report of distributor business, ex. LGS, Sales Plan.

⚫ Education background: University graduated or above.

⚫ Minimum relevant requirements:

6~8 years working experience, With strong analytical skill. Professional and approachable style, able to work with various functions and levels in an organization.

Experience in multi project management. Good in cross departments communication and coordination

⚫ Special Skill Requirement: Being Patient, Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and love to work with people.
