As a Team Lead of Digital Product, the role works with a high level of autonomy and discretion, assists Technology Director to develop digital strategy in line
with commercial objectives, priority, and growth plan. Responsible to develop digital platforms to support ABO’s needs and growth requirements, drive the
traffic, and support digital marketing campaigns, monitor, and interpret analytic data, and optimize the functionality of our digital infrastructure and
ecosystem. Accountable for managing digital services and supporting the activities and processes of a company's digital ecosystem including websites, social
community tools, live streaming, marketing campaigns, leaders’ conventions, and events. As the role of team lead, the incumbent is responsible for people
management, which includes setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments and managing performance, identifying talent needs, and
coach/developing team members.

- Work closely with business functions of Marketing, Sales, Strategy and CR to in-depth understand the commercial pain points, growth plan, and priority to develop holistic digital strategy aligned with company goals.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the industry and technology, propose digital innovation and explore business opportunities cross-functionally through technology.
- Lead a wide range of sophisticated business features, processes, and experiences development through cross-function cooperation, covering all the stages of ABO and Customers behaviors, from engagement, empowerment,
recruitment, retention, and services, to provide unified, powerful, and easy-touse digital tools for commercial use.
- Conduct internal and external communication and training plans of digital platforms with relevant business stakeholders.
- With strong sense of ownership and urgency to timely reflect and adapt digital plans in response to dynamic commercial situation.
- Conduct market research and data insight through techniques such as A/B testing to guide the marketing strategy.
- Proactively deep dive insights of digital behaviors of ABO and customers, consistently improve digital platforms throughout the market transformation as ambassador.
- Provide data-driven insight of different types of digital contents, and review with business content owners, driving the optimization of content production.
- Supervise and manage digital services and activities, including websites update, social community tool operations, live streaming, market campaigns, leaders’ conventions and events.
- Leverage corporate-wide digital tools, lead platform migration and transformation, co-work with Global team to implement aligned Enterprise Digital Platform and strategy.
- Supervise digital project staff, timelines, and budgets Lead the Digital team, ensuring that they are well-equipped to deliver highquality performance, and providing development opportunities to enhance their overall capabilities. Support the technology director in driving talent management initiatives






Requisitos

✓ Education background: University graduate or above.

✓ Minimum relevant requirements:

✓ Strategic thinking and planning ability

✓ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

✓ Strong ability to collaborate with across multiple teams and functions.

✓ Experience leading a team; attention to detail and organization skills; ability to utilize metrics and team

performance.

✓ Good in English writing and reading, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Strong project management, analysis, and problem

solving skills.

✓ Have experience in analytical tools and analytical techniques, and preferably with quant academic backgrounds e.g.

statistics, Applied Math, coding, etc.
