Responsibility

• Research hot industries of Web3 projects, spot opportunities, and monitor the competitors’ updates.
• Explore and build connections with high-quality dApps and outside partners, including but not limited to chain foundation & DeFi projects & GameFi projects.
• Take advantage of XY Finance’s resources including product, tech, and marketing to customize collaboration plans for key projects.
• Probe for client needs and work with our ecosystem lead to strategize approach
• Attend global industry events with our team and interact with customers

• At least 1-year professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership. Experiencing in the fields of SaaS, Financial Services, Exchanges, Blockchain, or Web3 is a plus.
• Strong execution, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Advanced in English is a must, fluency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
• Strong at anti-pressure, problem-solving, multi-task, and self-driven. Working independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong research skills with attention to detail.
• Being up to date with trends in blockchain technology & its applications
• Understanding API and backend concepts is a plus.
