Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies Achieve or exceed goal for qualified leads to sales

Schedule and organize meetings and events for upper management. Prepare documents, including taking minutes at meetings and other tasks assigned by management. Provide support to upper management in daily tasks. Attend meetings with upper management to record discussions and action items. Manage meeting arrangements and send reminders to upper management. Maintain records and databases by entering and updating important data as needed.

Create and produce designs such as social media content, banner, thumbnail, ads designs, etc based on requirements Collaborate with other division to provide them graphic design according to material brief/editorial plan Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing Always up to date with design trends and able to recommend solutions for clients' design needs

Develop and manage Editorial Plans and Content Plan for social media clients, adhering to the agreed strategies Participate in brainstorming and pitching sessions with the Brand Strategist to generate ideas and creative directions Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and relevant Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results based on market and trend analysis
