Responsibilities : Industrial relation (Diciplinary enforcement, employee termination, Bipartit, Manpower Department, etc) Manage day to day activities regarding Attendance (Absence, Leave, Overtime, etc) on database Create and Manage employee work agreement Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship
