Overview: This role is for an experienced engineer with proven history in architecting and implementing complex web applications using React and Typescript. This role will work closely with the rest of a small startup team to bring the first phase of the MoreHarvest roadmap to life. Must have: • Must have a minimum experience of 7 years, of which 4 years should in Sales Account Management • The candidate should be versed with both languages-English & Vietnamese • The candidate should be from an IT Services company background • The candidate should have worked for BFSI customers in his/her previous stints • The candidate should have some experience working with Partners as AWS/Microsoft Azure/GCP, Core Banking • Should possess good negotiation skills • Must be a consistent

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Monitor daily operation, manpower planning, controlling of maintenance plans in provision of aircraft cabin maintenance 2. Review the team’s plans and ensure no overruns in regular cabin maintenance programs 3. Coordinate with other departments/sections to ensure efficient operation of his/her sections 4. Lead the investigation of customer complaints, Quality audits, and any other reports, taking the necessary corrective actions 5. Prepare reports and represent the department

Responsible for schematics design and using layout tools to review the routing/topology. (e.g. OrCAD, Allegro, PADS, Altium). Involving PCB layout refinement and being open to knowing the PI/SI knowledge for improving the design quality. Hardware Debugging and issue analysis. Product validation and efficiency optimization.
