App/System maintenance 1.Receive and check issues with business users to clearly understand the issue details 2.Differentiate the new demand and bug fix comparing with the blueprint and function design 3.Communicate with business users to raise new requirement following new demand management process 4.Conduct bug-fix, test, confirm with users and then close issues New Demand Realization 1.Propose solution, cost and effort estimation to new demands raised 2.
