成長，對人才需求正在成長中!!㊗㊗㊗ 我們正在尋找有意在金融資訊業長期發展的軟體維運工程師/FAE工程師/產品應用工程師/業務支援工程師! 1.為客戶提供優質的IT服務，快速有效地處理

1. Assist customers in product development, problem analysis and technical solutions, eg. review schematic and layout 2. Responsible for project technical support of related product lines to assist customers in the smooth introduction of mass production; 3. Assist business to develop product application market; 4. Solve customer problems and meet customer needs; 5. Actively participate in team collaboration and achieve common goals of the team.

1. Notebook product management including but not limited to i. Project and issue failure analysis schedule management ii. Customer relationship management iii. Primary point of contact on customer's technical inquires and solutions. 2. Enable/ bridge communication between HQ and customers to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction. 3. Major point of contact for technical discussions/queries from customers.

★Work with our team of designers to find solutions for the construction of our new machines(DFM) ★Optimize usability of the products ★Confirm system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods

* Salary will be commensurate with experience * The role is that of a hands-on technical 5G FAE with prior experience in WiFi, 4G/5G Network function end-end field application support. You will be responsible for supporting of PoC and pre-commercial deployment for Atayalan software and troubleshooting of the solution. Product support will cover WiFi connection, 5G network functions, packet core & Cloud front end system integration.
