JOB CONTENT
Marketing Function
1. Monitor and analyze HJ/FJ/Cartier Tradition stock level; implement stock balance every two months between 8 boutiques.
2. Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met, execute business plan achieved 125% in 2016.
3. Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
4. Design and producing presentations, press releases, articles, clipping, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and videos.
Sales Training/Coaching Function
1. Produce product information and develop distinguish selling skills for the brand and annual watch/High Jewelry events.
2. Inspire the team to increase their ability to convert browsers into client's through one on one coaching; while delivering selling techniques, soft skills practicing, role-play, and lifestyle course participation.
3. Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and delivery to BTQ staff through e-learning or in class training.
4. Provide Jewelry Booklet which includes clientele analysis, stone knowledge, sales argument etc every 3 months.
