Angela Corkhill

I worked for a major technology company, Seagate Technology, in Scotland as a Backlog Manager for 7 years. After the company relocated to Mexico, I continued to work for a short amount of time in Mexico/Texas until the job was no longer available. I currently live in Texas and when my employment ended, I became a stay-at-home-mom, and I have been for 20 years. I've raised two great teenagers, and now I'm ready for the next chapter of my life. I believe my best assets are listening skills, showing kindness, a genuine desire to help in a customer-based environment, and always putting the customer first. I'm hardworking and dedicated, and I believe I would be a valuable member of any customer service-based team.

In this role, my duties involved several calls per day with major technology companies, including IBM, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, etc., ensuring all turn-around times were met. Building a rapport with these customers on a weekly and sometimes daily basis allowed me to guarantee that all customer requirements and satisfaction were met to the highest standard. Utilizing great inter-departmental relationships across warehouse, engineering, and repair further ensured I was able to meet the customer's and company's goals.
