VIP Customer Relationship & Sales • Maintaining existing customers relations, keep providing VIP experience to boost sales and raise brand awareness among CEO, president's inner circle. • Operating 2 SPEY sponsored golf club, hosting golf club social dinner monthly. • Aligned with VIP team, sold 200+ SPEY Single Cask to VIPs and enterprises.

Event Planning • Planned and executed 200+ consumer event for branding and boosting sales, including VIP dinner, trade dinner, rotary speech, golf tournament, cigar x whisky tasting event...etc. Marketing Activities Execution • Collecting latest industry news, data, provide insights and analysis reports to marketing manager. • Creating social media content according marketing plan. • EDM marketing content writing and SMS marketing content writing. • Cross-functional communication with sales department, design department and financial department. • Working with marketing team develop POSM and product USP. • Press documents translation, distillery’s tasting notes translation. • Reviewing external partners selling commission application monthly. • Tracking VIP department sales report weekly, provide relevant insights to sales team.

• Work as SPEY customer service, from immediate customer problem-solving, whisky knowledge providing to products recommendation via 0800 hotline. • Curated SPEY official social media platforms, interacting with customers and other stakeholders via SPEY social media accounts, including Facebook, LINE@. • Updated and maintain VIP customer data for remarketing usage.
