工作經驗
Research and Development Engineer
進行泛用樹脂研究分析與開發，並研究新型配方提升產品價值，同時會應用儀器分析與產品測試，出差協助海外廠支援服務。
1. 於實驗室研究新產品的配方與分析，並執行操作流程之試驗。
2. 儀器分析測試(Rheometer、DSC、FTIR、GPC、TEM等）。
3. 材料物性分析實驗。
4. 製程品質分析與維持。
5. 使用押出機與射出機進行材料改性與射出成形，並進行相關物性分析。
6. 負責新材料的評估、測試、分析與選擇。
7. 進行市場調查與資料蒐集。
8. 負責產品驗證及異常分析。
9.高分子/化學/化工材料開發。
10.摻配產品開發及其應用。
11. 處理客戶服務。
Assistant Engineer (internship)
1. 進行實驗室研究，並執行操作流程之試驗。
2.完成上級主管交辦任務。
3.協助工程師進行研究分析
4.偏光片與光阻研究開發
