- Doing Planning One of the most important HRD tasks is planning. There are many plans that can be done such as program planning and workforce planning. When planning a program, there are many things that must be prepared, one of which is human resources. Each program must have different workforce requirements. - Organizing Recruitment and Selection The second task of HRD is to carry out recruitment and selection. Recruitment is needed to find and find potential employees (HR). However, to do so, you have to go through a series of processes starting from administration, psychological tests, to interviews. - Collect Data Administration One of the tasks of HRD is to collect administrative data. The administration in question is employee data (hardcopy and softcopy), to the work contract system. The data is actually the job of personnel, but personnel is part of HRD. - On The Job Trainee looking for students for on the job training programs, which will be carried out according to the interests of students and majors. This program runs for 3 months or 6 months. - Conducting Employee Evaluation Every period or every six months, companies need to evaluate employees. Evaluation is important for assessing employee performance and can be the basis for making improvements. - Maintain Cleanliness of Employee Common Areas Maintain the cleanliness of employee common areas such as canteens, lockers and places of worship. To keep it clean and comfortable when in use. - Human Capital Activity Organize employee activities such as futsal, badminton, zumba, beauty classes, free eye examinations, and blood donations.
