[Accounting Specialist of Accounting Department, Hitaka Works] Management Accounting -Reported business performance and improvement point to Head of Works and Design & Engineering, Procurement Dept. every month. -Made clear Break-even point sales amount and achievement level every week. To streamline data collection and aggregation, developed small program with IT Dept.. [Assistant Manager of Business Planning, Electric Cable BU] -Controlled Price and estimated Cost of Order-made Electric Cable as offer from Sales team. -Succeeded long-term contract with big customer never joined before. Sales amount increased +3BJPY, 40% of annual sales at that time. - To get success this project, Created project team of each function. I scrutinized costs thoroughly and set competitive price, cost monitoring after manufacturing start. - Established new Price and Cost estimated system based on Web frontend and SQL with offshore IT developer to improve business process. Reviewed with users every month and designed requirements definition for update. Working time reduced -15% by this system.
