- Overseeing the daily operations of IC foundry to ensure that all profiling operations and work flow are consistent with agreed upon service operations. - Analyze production related data and provide dynamical strategies to achieve organization production goals & KPI. - Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve standard techniques, protocols and processes. - Managing Direct Labors (DL) and building a team spirit through involvement and forum based communications.

- Ensure that the daily bakery range is made to a high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner and clean bakery machinery, equipment, storage and preparation areas. - Daily showcase and inventory control. - Recorded customer orders, pack bakery items, make coffee, fill beverage cups and computed bills. - Provide excellent customer'service experience by maintaining a friendly and customer focused approach.

- Ensure new project's all SOW Statement of Work and product requirements have an owner and validation method to manage risks, on-going project's all engineering activity process have been implemented correctly. - Verify test plans and validate results which are compliance with customer's requirement, track and escalate design bugs/pilot run bugs, and quality issues. - Analyze and track RMA data from repair site, seek for improvement opportunities in both design and manufacturing from the RMA data. - Collaborates with engineering team to handle over 40 RCFA Root Cause Failure Analysis cases for sustaining products, provide failure cause and corrective action to customer for improving product quality. - Conduct lessons learned from product design, manufacturing and after sales. Documented lessons learned as DFMEA review items to prevent the similar failure occur from design phase in the future.
